This is a working paper, co-authored with Beia Spiller at Resources for the Future. We're working towards identifying factors that have contributed to the current inequitable distribution of EV charging stations in NYC, and identifying suitable locations for future charging station placement.

The Causal Effect Air Pollution on EMS Dispatches in New York City

This is the most recent draft of my job market paper. In this study, I create wind-based instrumental variables to estimate the causal effect of seasonal concentrations of PM2.5 and NOx on EMS dispatches for strokes, seizures, cardiovascular, and respiratory conditions at the ZCTA level from 2013-2018.
